We are Diamond members and cruise at least 2-3 times a year. We have taken over 25 cruises and this includes other cruuse lines. After being disappointed many times, we started years ago cruising with Royal Caribbean line and have remained with it. We enjoy the standards of the atmosphere. Any problems are addressed immediately. We were on a cruise in Europe during 9-11 and you handled this in an excellent manner.
