We cruised from September 16-24 on the Conquest. We were diverted for the majority of our cruise but I was ok with that as long as we were safe! Food was pretty good just odd for some locations they were not on the same schedule each day. Movies by the pool were great, comedy club was great, and loved the shows. Our room steward Diah was the best!! We tipped her and even bought her a small gift for our appreciation. Our only problem was 2 days before the cruise ended we had a big but they addressed it very well!! Overall such a great experience. It's all in what you make of it

Embarkation was fantastic!! I did purchase FTTF. When we got there I waited for three people in front of me, went thru the passport check (screening) straight to the check in counter (NO WAIT) and straight to the ship. I guess I got a little spoiled. Debarkation also great. The FTTF waited in the theater until 6:45am and then we went thru customs and on to the bus by 7:30. Overall I thought the ship was great and we really enjoyed our time. We had our first port get cancelled due to waves/wind. I was ok with that better safe than sorry!! I thought the captain kept us well informed the entire cruise. I only have one other cruise to compare to but the captain was updating us as least once a day. Entertainment: DR E was FANTASTIC!! I heard he is leaving the Magic to work on the Pride?? He will be missed!! He made the Muster Drill fun! I thought a couple of the shows were a distasteful when children were present. I felt uncomfortable with my 21 and 17yr old. Maybe I’m just getting to “old” for dance routines. This didn’t ruin my time though. Staff: thought they worked very hard to please the customer. They might have been short handed a couple of times on LIDO but they made it work!!! So much to do no reason to ever be bored!! Lastly this ship was so clean from top to bottom!! Staff was constantly cleaning day and night! Would strongly suggest this cruise to others
