Girls' trip for 3

Overall I had a great cruise. The ports were fun to walk around, but were a little difficult to find information on. None of the itinerary information included anything about ways to get around. Going under the Golden Gate bridge was a moment of a lifetime. The only negative experience we had was at the 12th deck dance club which was listed as being open late with no specified closing. We walked in at around 11:30. The club is only available to people 18 and older after 11, which we all are. When we walked in there were only two gentlemen off to the side having a drink in the bar. The dance floor was empty and recent dance music was playing, so we hit the dance floor uninhibited. We were having fun and dancing as though no one was there, so we looked a bit ridiculous, but we never did any moves which would be seen as offensive or even sexually suggestive. We sang along with a few songs, but the music was so loud we were barely audible. After a little while, the men left and we were alone in the bar. A few of the waiters were amused at the way we were dancing and one even danced along a little. After around 20 minutes, a group of ladies came in for a drink. They weren't really there to dance, but a few of them did join us for a little while. When they did, we mellowed out our moves, as before we were taking the whole dance floor up, so that we could all share the floor. After a little while a man in the suit came over the speakers reminding everyone that the bar was closed to people under 18 after 11. We sort of suspected he thought we were under age, but since we were not we continued on as we were. A few minutes later a security man came in, pulled us off the dance floor and asked us to show him our cards. He got on a cell phone, asked us all our names and room number. I'm over 21, so I had an adult card that's not even the same colour as a junior card, but he still checked it the same way. We were never simply asked our ages and didn't feel like we were being treated as guests who had paid a lot of money to be there at that point. After he was satisfied with the "investigation" he went and spoke with the man in the suit. We went back to dancing for a little while, but at that point our moods had been brought down dramatically and we felt very unwelcome in the bar, so we left. The ladies saw all of this and one even asked us what was going on, indicating to us that they were not bothered by our presence in the slightest. Based on our experience we went down and spoke with Guest Relations after leaving the bar. The man there was very sweet and apologetic, spoke with the manager of all the bars on board and requested we go back up to the bar and speak with him. We went back upstairs and spoke with him. We said our story again and he didn't seem to understand our plight. He kept saying who asked us to leave and we clarified that no one did, but we felt unwelcome after how we were treated based on our appearance and dancing. He never apologized and when I mentioned none of us were even drinking he fixated on the fact that we couldn't all drink because some weren't 21. We were offered absolutely nothing to make the experience come put more positively and were never even given a proper apology by those involved. We left the bar immediately as we still didn't feel like dancing and didn't return. It soured the rest of the trip.
