October 2017 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip) Cruise on Carnival Breeze

so I was on the October 1st cruise on the breeze and we went to montego bay jamaica, grand Cayman, and we're supposed to go to cozumel Mexico but hurricane nate wasn't letting that happen. anyway, they only gave us $9 back for missing cozumel. for port costs. is this normal or did we get screwed?? Help!!!
