The ship was beautiful, although a little old. The crew worked hard at keeping it clean. I really liked the towel animals they placed on the bed every evening when they turned down the bed. We had fresh beach towels every evening. The only thing was the price for the drinks. We were on a 7 day cruise and that can get very expensive when you have drinks each day, which is mostly what you want to do on vacation, drink! The food was okay. The only time the food was really good was when it was a formal dinner. But our server was great so that made up for it. The people who worked on the cruise did everything to make our vacation a pleasant one. I did feel like they catered to our every need. As far as the islands we saw, you do not really get to see an island in a few hours, so really all you can do is shop and maybe go to a beach. So that's not really experiencing anything but the touristy places. And if you want to arrange an excursion, you will pay less if you buy on the island. The ship is double the price. Just be prepared to haggle!
