The crew was espcecially kind to my mother in a wheel chair and tried to keep her upbeat. They even called her "Grandma" which put a smile on her face.\

Doesn't compare to Princess Cruises
I EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WORST LEVEL SINCE CRUISING IN 1985 WITH NCL. A YEAR AGO WE DID THE MEXICAN RIVERIA WITH THE SAPPHIRE PRINCES.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!!
FOOD BETTER THAN CARNIVAL, AND EXPIERIENCE OVERALL 9 X BETTER
Cruise tips
Due to the hightened security we only went to the shops at the dock.
Enjoyed the "La Bufadora Tour" great tour guide.
