Our suitcase was crushed as it was loaded on the ship. We talked to customer service and was told that it was still usable so they could do nothing for us. Luckily we had driven and didn't have to take it on an airplane as it was impossible to extend the handle. It was not a new suitcase but it is no longer usable to fly. The cruise itself was very nice and the food was very good. Dining staff was great.
