We thought the ship looked pretty good. We saved for 2 years to take this once in a lifetime 10 anniversary celebration. Look at below commnet. On Wednesday we asked 4 people which bus to get on for our kayaking trip, the biggest event of the cruise, and all said bus 12, the driver took our tickets and off we went to the wrong excursion. When the driver found out he made a call, but it was too late. He apologized, but it could't be fixed. When we got back to the ship, we told the excursion desk, they refunded our money ,l apologized, but we will never again have that oppurtunity. On Friday we had our cake/ champange party that we paid for in the anniversary package we purchased, the letter that was signed by the Captain that stated we spent our 10 year anniversary on the ship, our last name was spelled Woyd instead of Lloyd. We were already in the red zone, so they apologized, but it couldn't be fixed, not much of a memoir. We also did not understand that if we were charged $10 a day per person for gratuties then why whenwe bought things on the ship was an automatic gratuty added? It also states in the info you send out that at dinner in the restaurants there are to be no jeans, tanks, t-shirts, or shorts. This is not enforced on the Wind, we felt like we were Denny's instead of a classy cruise. Every eveing we were dressed to the nines and we felt like we were in the minority, that was a real bummer. This was husbands 1st time and it was a disaster, I have been on another cruise with another cruise line and to this day still rave about it, I will not be doing that this time nor will we use NCL again. At the end of our voyage I felt so let down by your company.
