CARNIVAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST
WHERE TO BEGIN HOW ABOUT SITTING IN OUR CAR FOR OVER AN HOUR ON A LINE AWAITING THE ABILITY TO BOARD THE SHIP. WE PAID FOR FASTER TO THE FUN AND DIDN'T GET ON BOARD UNTIL AFTER 2 PM. OUR ROOM WAS TO BE DECORATED FOR MY BIRTHDAY BUT WAS NOT AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER WE WERE HANDED OUR ENVELOPE CORRECT NAMES ON THE OUTSIDE WRONG ROOM KEYS WITH ANOTHER NAME ON BOTH OUR CARDS. WE SET UP AND DID OUR CHECK IN ON LINE FOR MYSELF AND MY WIFE TO HAVE CHARGING PRIVILEGES AND OUR GUEST HAD HER OWN MASTER CARD ON FILE FOR HER SIGN AND SAIL ACCOUNT YET ALL HER CHARGES WHERE PLACED ON OUR ACCOUNT WITH OUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. WE ORDERED SODA AND WATER FOR OUR ROOM BUT HAD NO REFRIG AND HAD TO CALL ROOM SERVICE TO HAVE ICE BROUGHT DOWN. THIS CRUISE WAS SUCH A DISASTER THAT WE HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE NEXT 2 CRUISES THAT ARE BOOKED WITH CARNIVAL AND TRY ANOTHER CRUISE LINE AS SOON AS WE CAN LET THIS BAD TASTE IN OUR MOUTH FROM THIS ONE
We Had a Blast
The ship over all is in great condition. The bar staff at the Casino should could use some personality Yosef and Jessie are the two best behind that bar. The food is what you expect nothing great but good however, we located the Fish and Chips on Deck 10 Mid Ship and they cook to order so if you love fish this is a must. Room Service has expanded their menus and some new additions will cost around 5 bucks but its good and fresh. Guys Burgers great for a hang over!! lol The rooms are well maintained and Kate took good care of us. I will say the casino on this ship is small the bar stools are awful way to close to the bar and no tables around the bar.
