This was our second cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line and like the first, it was awful. The only good thing was the scenery and the roominess of the cabin. The food was not as good. There were no trays to carry the food in the buffets. You were not allowed to serve yourself. The stations on the buffet were not easy to get too. (Rolls/bread) on other serving line. Meals were overloaded with passengers and waiting was long. The choice of dining rooms were few unless you paid a cover charge to dine at the "specality" dining rooms. i.e. East Meets West, a steak house was $40.00 for two. In order to get coffee, you stood in one line and then if you wanted "cream", you stood in another line. Over-all, it was total confusion to eat any meal. Also, the free coupon book again was not received until two days of the cruise had started. Coupon one was for a "welcome-aboard" drink and coupon two was for a half price dining on the first night.
