Food, service, and entertainment were all excellent, the downfall of the cruise was waiting in line for hours for tender tickets, then waiting to as much as 2 3/4 hours to get ashore on the tenders.At St. Maarten, we were told the water was too rough to go to port, so we went to St. John instead. We were dropped on the island with no guidance or detailed map of shops, and sort of left on our own as to what to do, or where to go on the island, no ship personnel met us on the dock, like in St. Thomas.Other than missing a port, the cruise was 5-stars.
