Carnival Cruise Lines seems to like to do this "Bait and Switch" thing. They tell you that your are going to Grand Caymen and Ocho Rios and at the last minute they tell you that you are going to Mexico. We found out after we checked our luggage. So there you are Pro Bowl weekend (what's the chances of getting a room at any price) your luggage is on it's way onto the ship, it's going to Mexico with or without you,and then they give you $50 and then take it away with the gratuity. The reason they do the mandatory gratuity is because the service is "Supbar" at best. Terrence that cleaned our room did a super job, but he was the only one. Don't even get me started on the hard sell that they do on everything. And don't forget to sign up for the raffle for the "FREE" cruise, 20 tickets for $20. My wife and I seem to be the only people that think that a free cruises costing you $20 is not free. This is only a "brief" story on this Cruise Line...think long and hard about taking them....
