Carnival Paradise

i would not recommend ever sailing carnival cruise lines. we had a scheduled trip to mexico in the wake of the swine flu epidemic that was going on. we knew that they were going to change the itnerary due to this so we called to try and get our trip refunded. they were very unhelpful and would not give us any information. they just said basically said too bad not our fault no refunds. they are the worst company ever. just so long as they get their money they could care less about the passenger.
