This ship was just ok. Our room steward was FANTASTIC the best we ever had. Most of the employees were very unfriendly. We encountered several rude employees (ex:pizzaria staff, photo shop staff). Never once did we see the captain or other "leaders". On other carnival ships we have been on, we were introduced at least once at the Captains dinner. We traveled with three children, 12,7 and 5. Both of the younger children begged every night to go to camp carnival. I felt very secure with them there because no one except employees can go in and only the person who dropped the children off could pick them up. This ship was very clean, in fact they were always cleaning and wiping down the elevators and hallways. The food in the dining room was great! The food everywhere else was just ok. It was always the same (ex: pizza, burgers, breakfast buffet). I found the time that the restaurant was open was odd. It was always around 4:30 that they closed and most every one was still on the islands until then. This ship left from San Juan Puerto Rico which ment that we were pretty much the minority on this ship. This made it VERY hard to communicate with other people on the ship. (most everyone spoke spanish and we don't).
