April 2014 - Carnival Triumph to Mexico
4/26/14 Worst cruise ever stateroom# 9264 the first three day our room was very hot I called the fist night to guest service and they apologized and said they would send technician up . A technician came out and checked the gauge and the air temp it was 71 The second night I was very hot I called guest service again they apologize again and said they could bring up a fan to see if it will cool the room down. It did just what they said it would cool the room still very warm but cool. The third day I couldn't do another hot night ex specially after going to the Mayan ruins very hot dehydrating day. When we arrived back on board we went straight to guest service and spoke with Mellisa she apologize saying that she could put us in another stateroom #9269 she also said for us to go to dinner and she will call to get the room cleaned and our luggage moved. We witness Mellisa make that call and we proceeded to stateroom#9264 to pack our bags so that it would be moved once the room was cleaned and ready. We returned from dinner to find or luggage still in stateroom and no key. We go back to guest service to get a key for. stateroom #9269 we moved our own luggage from room to room. I took a shower and I went to sleep. I wake up to see underneath the sheet on the blanket was discoloration that look like human feces, urine. I called house keeping and also guest service. Jacquline came up and said It was rust from sprinkler system. At that point I was really upset I start to show her the different spots and Then I find a blood spot Shen then apologize after I ask if she could explain that spot. She then apologize and said she would get it inspected(?). 2 minutes later katarzyna mgr of housekeeping came to apologize and said carnival would take great care of us I was not convinced I also explained that I was Mysophobia/nosophobia. She also said they would have someone come in and clean all over again when it should have already been done the night before. We leave for breakfast and go to Paris dining room to Oder steak and eggs and find hair in my potatoes at that point I'm very disgusted and sick. we leave after a hour to go back to stateroom #9269 and they are still cleaning we leave and return after another hour and they are still finishing up the cleaning process. I log on the tv to check my account to see I have a credit of $222.00 I called back to guest service to see what the credit was for they explained it was for the inconvenience that I encountered. I explained if that was all carnival was offering for all the balls they have dropped that really sucks because it fells like a slap in the face. She said I would have to speak corporate that was all that she could do I said thank you goodbye. I called carnival corporate 5/2/14 I spoke with Alicia in customer care I explained to her that I was Nosophobia/Mysphobia I suffer from every day just so she could get an I deal of what I go through I explained to her that I can't even eat eat buffets that how bad it is.she said give her a second she would look up my booking number. She put me on hold for a minute to come back and say the only thing carnival can offer me is only a apology. I told her if that's all you can offer after I have spent $2000 + dollars that was most def a slap in the face I also told her to keep the apologetic crap to carnival since that's all they offer alone with the feces,urine,blood I will say I have never been treated with disgust and disrespect. I have never been on a cruse and experience anything like I have with carnival I have been on Norwegian,Princess,Royal Caribbean I have never been insulated like I have been by Carnival . Worst cruise ever.
