The Serenade of the Seas was a nice ship over all but some areas of the ship tended to be too crowded, especially on at sea days. For example, the Windjammer Cafe seating areas were very crowded at breakfast and lunch. There seemed to be too many large tables that were occupied by one or two people making seating even more limited. Perhaps more smaller tables that can be pressed into service by joining them together for a larger group. Same for the pool area. Many guests seemed to "camp out" all day day with members of their groupe securing the area during the time other members went to lunch or take breaks away from the pool. Overall, the food and service was excellent, the stateroom kept clean and stocked.
