We sailed with NCL before on the Sun. That was enjoyable. This ship's crew has an underling tone of negativity towards the customer. Whether it be resentment or a feeling of superiority is unclear. Several crew members ( room service, bar tenders, front desk and others ) were just rude and demeaning. We have never been "talked down to" or questioned as to our ability to read on any other cruiseline. If you are looking for an enjoyable vacation/cruise, look elsewhere.
