Carnival Glory -- Didn't Disappoint
This was our 3rd Carnival Cruise, and we took our adult son for his first cruise. We had 1027 in the Panarama deck, with a balcony, and will never cruise again without a balcony. It lets you enjoy the view in total seclusion. I've read reviews about the Glory showing its age, and I couldn't disagree more. It's a beautiful ship, well kept and our stateroom was attended to with perfection. The addition of the comedy shows really was a big hit with us. The biggest disappointment was how bad the music was throughout the ship. The only good music was the band for the stage shows, but the stage show itself was not nearly as good as we've seen on other cruises. And our server in the main dining room, although very very nice, was also very very slow. We almost always had our food delivered in our section of the dining room after most everyone else had been served. But all in all, it was a great cruise.
