September 2017 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip) Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

Won't sail with them again!!!! Booked a trip for our family of 10.....what a disappointment!! First...our 4 teenagers room was a king size bed, we had to go to the front desk and wait in line for 45 min to get them to change the room. Then we find out that one of them will have to sleep on the couch?? We paid 3200.00 for the teens to share a room and one is sleeping on a couch! We then learn that the couch has a trundle that pulls out and the only one that will fit on it is our youngest who weighs about 105 lbs. I tried 3 times to get them to change the room....they wouldn't! So our teens spent the week in a very dangerous situation! What I mean by that is when you pull out the trundle there is only about a 6 inch walk space between the trundle and the desk....that may be fine for some, but when your teens have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night they fell on our youngest who was on the trundle! There was not enough room to maneuver along the side of the bed with the desk next to them to get to the bathroom! I had 2 teens fall several times trying to get to the restroom! Then....Royal couldn't find our gratuity that we had prepaid for....I spent another 1.5 hrs in the quest line getting those squared away. Bartenders are rude...we bought drink packages for our family but we're still charged for drinks....yup you guessed it...back in line at guest services! Bartenders told some quests that they were drinking there drinks to fast 😳...what?? They had the drink package but the bartenders thought they were drinking there beverages to fast! Ugh. Kids didn't get to all the activities on board cause there not open all the time..the abyss, zip line, flow rider.....there only open a few times! BS!!!! Last night on board they started to shut hot tubs down saying it was for maintenance, we couldn't get any customer service agents to answer the phones I had to go find someone to ask about getting coffee in our room the morning we disembark. Nope....they don't do room service on mornings that they are disembarking.....we were very disappointed....over all we spent about 12,000.00 on 4 rooms and the experience sucked!
