July 2015 - Norwegian Epic to Europe - Western Mediterranean
We just finished the cruise and after booking two Haven suites (one for my parents and one for our family), I must say this was very disappointing to say the least.
Too many things to list, but customer service, food quality, accommodations, and overall experience was just not worth the price for everyone to get on a plane from the US to take a cruise with this company.
The onboard computers did not work, which meant, no TV/entertainment, or communications with the staff for the whole week. We paid a butler service and received nothing.
We will stick with Disney. You cannot go wrong with Disney.
