Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Roatan is sooo beautiful. We took the Monkey, Bird, and Pirate tour, to Gumbalimba Park and were very pleasantly surprised. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip a lot of fun. We walked quite a bit, including a swinging bridge. We ended up at a nice pool near a small beach. The locals were friendly and nice.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

You MUST climb the Dunn's River Falls!! This is the best cruising experience we have ever had, including 7 or 8 cruises!! We took a combined Sky Explorer trip, which was awesome. I'm afraid of heights, but this was really incredible and I would recommend this to everyone. We enjoyed every minute of our excursions, but there is a lot of pressure from locals, which could be a little testy. They were very aggressive for the most part. We didn't eat on the island.

George Town, Grand Cayman

We went to Seven Mile Beach at the Palms Resort for a $4 taxi fare. The water was clear and pristine, and every water toy imaginable was available. There's a very nice restaurant/bar, completely shaded, and the beach was not overly crowded.
