When we booked our cruise with , we were told that there would be a credit applied to our account. It was never applied. Also, the tips that they expected were insane on the cruise! The one island we went too, Nassau, was dirty and if you tried to take a picture and someone from the island happened to be in the picture, even if on accident, they tried to charge you for the photo. It was nuts. I wouldnt reccomend this particular cruise to anyone. the best time we had was in Key West , Florida. I reccomend just flying down to Key West. The only thing nice about the cruise I do have to say was everyone was friendly and a room with a balcony is the way to go.
