The Carnival Ecstasy is an older ship, but is well kept and clean. The staff is helpful and busy. Our room steward was good kept the cabin clean, used our names to address us and was friendly. The dancers and singers were excellent and the cruise director was very talented. We really enjoy cruising out of Galveston, we drive down, less stress (that's why we're cruising RIGHT!)
