American service was without a doubt the worst service that we have had. It made me question my country. The cruise was without any Freestyle Dining unless you knew that you had to have a reservation to dine where there shouldn't have been one. You didn't need a reservation if you did not want to eat at the dining room that did not require any seating or service by another person. The so called dining rooms where you should not have had a wait, waited for almost an hour. We were turned away from requesting a table for six to share with friends we made while on the ship. There was no draft beer which should have not made a difference but there should have been for the price that is not included. The photographs were so expensive. They should make them a part of the package for the cruise instead of throwing them away at the end and insisting that you be photographed at every occasion. Waste Waste Waste. The public sterilizations showed up a day late. By the time they were there many people could have already spread germs. There was not much consideration given for repeat cruisers. We signed in with Latitudes and never got an invitation to the Latitude Party. We paid our bill in full and never wish to repeat this ever happening again. Their service left alot of good advertising to use a different cruise line in the future. We were not the only unhappy people there. Our experience with the Norweigen Star was great but the Pride of Hawaii was a disaster.
