The bed were of very poor quality and overdue for a change, we asked them to do something and they added plywood underneath so the mattress would not sag as much.
Only two production shows in an 8 days cruise, the motown signer was past due for retirement, the hypnotist show was poor quality, the best show was the passenger talent show. Lots of technical glitch in the Beatle production show, (lights, microphones etc)
The continued bar service even during the shows
No free drinks for Captain night
Other entertainers were subpar and poorly attended.
The food selection for dinner included, fried chicken, spaghetti, lasagna and chicken pot pie Always same selection for breakfast, no change in cheese and sorbet for lunch or dinner for the whole cruise.
Wine selection was good and affordable
No enforcement of dress code for dinner
The personnel was friendly and always smiling
