dont waste your money

First impression was good. The Itenerary was great. Supprised that we were 45min late to our first port. Hard on those who had book outings without the excursion desk. Both excursions we prebooked on line were wrong when we arrived. But the excursion desk and the golf desk corrected it when we arrived. although our times were much later than we signed up for (12:30pm, couldn't do anything else) we enjoyed the tour and the desk was very helpful. Golf personel was helpful. Stateroom are very small. Service was terrible. Very slow and didn't care. No washclothes, said there were none available until tomorrow. In room coffee pot had coffee in it from previous sailer (gross!) Coffee pot didn't work correctly without hands-on help. Asked for replacement and was told they had no others available. The Medicine cabinet was dirty inside, hadn't been wiped out. Soap dish still had used soap in it from previous sailer (grosser). It nerver got any better than that. Very disappointed in the main dinning meals, 2 previous cruises loved the food. Nothing even sounded good and tasted worse. (I'm not a very picky eater) Cover Charge dining was good, but had to pay $15.00 per person,(if you could get a reservation, wonder why they are all booked up-main dining food not-good) just to ge a steak. Didn't like standing in line in main dining room. Ate at the 50's style diner (no cover charge) don't go there-the 2 waitresses we had, wore white skirts with white aprons, that hadn't been washed in I don't know how long. Very dirty with food, very discussting. Food old and cold. The ship was nice, but not elegant. The Salon charged 5 star prices, but was no better than going into a nail salon. No robes offered, no water, just go into a room and disrobe. Massage was good. But very expensive. Also had a detox treatment, what a joke, $189.00. I had to ask for my money back, it was that bad. Found one friendly bartender key west bar, enjoyed his company, one nice waiter in the main dining room, and one very nice waitress in the Lazy J Steak house. Had to speak to ship security about an incident in my stateroom, what a waste of time, he rolled his eyes and reluctantly took a report.
