Just returned from a forced Carnival Cruise which was originally scheduled to Bermuda in which Carnival changed the itinerary at the very last moment as guests entered the disembarkation building at the dock after having provided their own transportation to the port from all areas of the country due to a hurricane in the path of the original sailing. carnival substituted a cruise and ports of call which were not the same quality and value and refused to compensate passengers for the difference.. Example: Bermuda cruise ocean view $1000 per person. Substituted itinerary to southern Caribbean with similar same cabin priced $650. Carnival is not willing to provide future on board credit for value or future voucher. Interesting that Carnival emailed guests (2) days prior to departure stating that the cruise would sail and advising passengers not to alter their travel plans.
