I'm really torn on this ship. I went on this trip 18 months ago when they went to Aruba and loved it, I gave both our waiter and room stwerad an extra $20.00 each for their great service. People dressed and acte as you should in the dinning room. Then we went Dec 16-23, 2007 Only 10% of the guest spoke english, No one at either our table or on either side of us spoke English. All the p.a. was in both english and spanish, you'll love spending twice as long standing with life jacket while they go though it in spanish, People from P.R. paid half what we did $250 for inside and $500.00 for ocean vew, planned spanish music most of the time, Even in one of the shops they did it in Spanish and the Guy said it in spanish and said " if you want to know what I said in Spanish learn it" Sold as a U.S. cruise would like it said in English, if you want to say it in other langauges, thats fine say it in every langauge and be fair
