this was our 4th time with Carnival and I have to say Miracle is absolutely the best ship. (we also met other people who sailed with other carnival ships and they said the same) . Miracle has lot of public areas for everyone .. the metropolis lounge (just next to the casino and the lobby) is a relaxing place to chilling out have a drink, read a book or just listen the music (music only after 5pm) But this is only one of the places where you can find a sofa and relax. What we like most of Miracle is the open bar (aft) on the lido deck .. and not all ships has it. It's beautiful to stay there after dinner .. and look at the moon and the ocean.. and during the day it's a great place to sunbath (there is also a pool and whirlpool there). Last year we sailed with Liberty and we didn't like it .. not lot of public areas to sit ... there is only the promenade (indoor) near the casino and the cafe' and everyone was there and after dinner there wasn't place to sit .. so we had to go in our stateroom to find a chair .. CRAZY! This never happened with Miracle and we sailed 3 times with this wonderful Ship. There is lot of chairs and sofa and cute places to discover around the ship .. the fountainhead cafe' has lot of sofas too. The only thing we didn't like was the service in the Bacchus Dining room .. they acted like they were bored .. luckily this happened only during this cruise (i'm sure it depends on the Maitre D' ... this time the Maitre was unfriendly but when we sailed with Miracle the other 2 times the service and Maitre were amazing!)
