Prior to the 5/9/08 cruise out of Boston I have never felt the need to write a review. I cannot recollect ever being so disappointed in a vacation experience. It does not suffice to say that the service was poor---it was all but non-existant! The food was sub-standard, the ship was old, dirty and smelled terrible! Norwegian will charge you $15.00 to BYOB-----don't fault them- they have to do this is order to make any money. Go ahead, pay the $15.00 because you will never receive the drinks you order with dinner! One might want to pack some shin guards and a helmet of some sort---this crew would just as soon run you down in the hallway----apparently cuts down on the complaints if you meet your passenger elimination quota! Let's sum it up in a nut-shell----fist fights were breaking out on Mother's Day morning----people could not get off this ship fast enough!!!! Norwegian Cruise lines should fire the "Captain" of that TUB and refund everyones money! Do yourself a favor and sail elsewhere.
