Older ship and dated faculties. Some of the amenities in need of updating or repair. State room is bigger than normal with lots of storage spaces.Food is generally good but lack choices. Restaurant staff excellent. Insufficient on board activities.Could use more signage on board to make it easier for finding where facilities are located. Customer service is below par. Lost or misplaced our post-cruise air porter transfer order form and ended up getting a taxi instead but charges a services fee for the getting a taxi for us.Post cruise email requesting customer feedback has a time limit of only two weeks and make it impossible for those who are going on post-cruise excursions to make comments. If RC really appreciates customer feed backs, should consider extending customer feedback to a minimum of 30 days.
