We have cruised many times on Carnival; this was our first time leaving from Miami. We had to wait about three hours to board due to some delay. Once aboard, we had great service all around. Our cabin steward, Gregmark, did a fantastic job, including keeping our cooler full of ice. At the casino, we had a super time playing craps with help from the friendly dealers - Giovanni, Kyle, Jasmina and Sergiu. They remembered our names every time, showed us how to play the game, and didn't mind that we closed the casino nearly every night!
