Do not waste your money, we didn't look at this ships rating beforehand and we should have. service was mediocre, too many kids, rooms smelled like sewers were backed up. pictures of rooms do not come close to telling the truth. We have been on other ships and their staterooms were bigger than our balcony suite. Food was mediocre, service was so so. The waitstaff and workers were sometimes downright rude the way that personnel would cut you off to get where they were going. Only one person went out of his or her way to make things better and even they couldnt fix all that was wrong. Their names were "Putra" was his name and he really tried as well his boss "Tatyana" No shame on them, they did their best. The spa personnel however, do not reveal hidden charges and there is no getting your money back on spa purchases. Then they put it all on sale on the last day. So don't buy the first day. even if you cancel right away the most you can get is half your money back. We have cruised a few times in the past with other companies and we were very pleased but with Carnival we were very, very dissapointed. We will never cruise Carnival again.
