This was my 5th and probably last cruise on Carnival. It took us 1 hour 20 minutes to board the ship. We had already completed our "Fun Pass" information online so that we could board the ship quickly. No such luck as we stood in line with everyone else boarding the ship. The ship iteself is nice but could be managed better. The carpeting on our floor was dirty and water logged. On one particular day we saw water pouring from beneath one of the walls on our floor. Big blowers/dryers lined the hall ways pretty much the entire trip. The carpeting needed to be replaced. Over 700+ children were on this ship and running wild 24 hours a day. Kids were in the adult pool and hot tub. When asked staff to do something, I was told that I need to go to the Information Desk to complain. Food was decent but slow the last night. When asked the hostess and Maitre' d to get our waiter some help, he was quite rude and explaiined they were doing the best they could do and walked off. Our shower drain was clogged. Took 2 service calls to get this fixed after the shower over flowed and flooded the bath room.
