This was our first cruise experience and it exceeded our expectations on all counts - rooms, cleanliness, room service, surprises such as towel animals when you come back to your room in the evening, free style dining buffet choices (we are vegetarian and there were plenty to choose from), entertainment on the ship, activities for all ages, etc. etc.
