The embarkation process was terrible.Staff were slow and we had priority boarding. The security staff were very rude and arrogant people. Slow once you got on the ship as they had one person and one door open to board. Once onboard we get to our room to find the room open and not ready. The tub was full of water and had an awful brown film in it. The tub drain was clogged when they finally let the water out and had to call maintenance in the first hour. The bathroom has a smell from the drains the entire cruise and the cabin service was the worst we ever had except to the Conquest. Sofa had stains on it. The controls were the shower were almost impossible to turn. The food was average at best. The Asian and Italian restaurants were a waste to pay extra as the food was terrible. You could have gotten better Asian or Italian food in the frozen food section of the grocery store. Entertainment was average. The Piano Bar was the only great entertainment. The disembarkation was less that perfect. The staff was slow and had no concern. No one said thank you or anything as you left. Guest services could not be reached by phone and when you went to the desk they were rude and arrogant people. Its obvious this ship has bad leadership that starts with the Captain down. The Dining room staff and Matre D were the only nice people on the ship. They really cared and tried to do the best with the awful menu the chef prepared.
