Well this was our first cruise and we enjoyed ourself very much! It was a special cruise for us as it was our 20th Anniversary. We loved the experience and the many things to do. We will definitely cruise again and probably on Princess. It seems like an anniversary could have been celebrated a bit more than just balloons on our door. We did not get any other recognition unless of course we wanted to spend more money. When we got into our stateroom, we immediately noticed that one of the bedside lamps was broken. The post of the lamp was no longer screwed into the base, so it easily could have damaged the cord. We called our steward right away and was told that he would send somebody but it likely wouldn't be that day. Needless to say, they came on the 6th day of the cruise in an inconvenient time for us so of course it never got fixed. The vanity in the room was chipped up, the window was dirty and the picture's glass was dirty. It seems like there could have been a bit more attention to details such as cleaning the un-expected things like the picture, the window and window seal and of course recognizing special events in a bigger fashion. We were a bit disappointed, but it was likely due to our first time cruising and not being very assertive.
