Some major flaws
When we got to our room, there was human hair all over the tiny bathroom. The bed sheets were stained and looked like they had not been changed. They unload and reload passengers so close together that staff is not even given time to properly clean rooms so it is not all their fault. Also they let you board at 11 but you don't get on until after 12 and then your room is not *ready* until 130 so u can't even drop your stuff off and get settled in. Then, the night before to the day of disembarkment the attitudes change completely. They forget to put creamer in your room for the coffee pot, they only do towel animals a few days and not every night like Carnival and no mints or anything are left in your room either. Then the DISEMBARKMENT process is a horrific joke. Carnival we were off within 30 minutes. The Norwegian process is awful. People with walk off luggage are supposed to be off before 8am. We chose 915 as our disembarkment time. We stood in line for over 90 minutes while selfish people who did no pick a time were allowed to get in line for walk-off, pushing our time intil after 1030am. Then, they threw our luggage in several different locations in the most unorganized baggage claim area i have ever seen. It was awful. We were not out to the port until nearly 11am. Furthermore, at our last port in Nasseau, we paid nearly 200.00 per person for Atlantis Aquaventure. What a joke. We didn't arrive u til 12pm. Then our excursion was supposed to be allowed off the boat at 1210 and start at 1230. We were not off the boat until after 1pm and the process didnt get us to Atlantis until 130. The lines were so long that we only got to do 1 ride and our expensive excursion did not incude and food or drink. We paid $35 for the worst ever nachos, 2 small gatorades, and a terrible wrap at Atlantis. Then it was time to get back to the boat before 5 because all the shops close around 530 on Fridays and we had to board the boat by 630 anyway. Norwegian guest services had terrible attitudes the last night and the morning of disembarkment. They wouldnt even let us pay to print in the internet cafe. We most-likely will not do Norwegian again. Also, Taste was a horrible restaurant. Savor staff was much nicer.
