This is my 5th cruise and the worst ever. I can't see how they represent themselves as a "luxury" cruise line. Some examples: 1) Left a group of guests waiting at the airport for our luggage because they refused to unload the earlier bags first even after several guests informed them they were unloading the wrong truck. 2) Shut down the breakfast buffet at 9:50am when its supposed to stay open until 10am. A luxury line should accommodate their guests and not even start shutting down until 10am. They seem more focused on keeping to their schedule vs accommodating guests. I don't even know why they shut down and take 2 HOURS to set up for lunch. 3) Shore excursions advertise to bring a photo ID but some of their representatives send customers back to get their passports which are only needed in Russia and were never asked for anywhere else. If they want us to bring passports each time then be consistent and advertise to bring your passports NOT Photo ID. There are many other incidents that make me wonder about how this cruise line gets high marks. The worker level work hard and we had an excellent cabin attendant. It seems that the mid and upper level management though do not set good policies.
