Another Great TIme on the Empress

Sail Date: December 08, 2016

Reviewed: 1 month ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

We love this ship!  Although the weather wasn't perfect, the staff, the people on board, the food, the room - all great.  Entertainment was fun each night, casino was active, drinks were delicious.  My only complaint - the bartender in Boleros was slow.  The coffee bar in Boleros was one of my favs.

Cabin / Stateroom
They are small on this ship, but our steward was Amazing!
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Embarkation was good. Disembarkation - nobody was going at their assigned times so the line for customs was long. We left about 30 minutes past our assigned time and the line, while long, moved quite quickly.
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Always fun and entertaining crew.
Entertainment
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
The food in the main dining room rivals Chops. No need to pay the extra.
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
I hate to share it because it was so good, Go to Maya Chan Beach Resort.
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
Good shopping here too.
Belize City, Belize
We didn't get off the ship.
Cozumel, Mexico
Always a good place to shop - BARTER!

Tip

Go to Boleros for Cafe Con Leche
