How was the cruise?

Wasn't as good as my previous Carnival cruises.  I didn't know this was one of the smaller ships.  The elevators seemed to never work or go to the floor that you needed.  The food areas seemed to always be closing when people were coming in to eat.  Ice cream is available through out the cruise; however, only one machine was working for the whole cruise.  The 2nd one had an out of service sign.

Perfect first time cruise

I would highly recommend this cruise to others as a first time cruise or simply a great break away from home. The ship was very neat and our ocean view room was the perfect size for my son and I. My 14 yr old son had plenty to do but did wish the pool area was a little bigger. It would have been nice to have a basketball court. Food excellent, activities for the families like music trivia, games  and shows were a lot of fun. We LOVED the excursions too.

Amazing Experience

This cruise was an amazing experience. We can't really compare to any other cruises because it was our first. Everything in the ship was good. It goes from the food to the entertainment and the room. I would absolutely recommend this cruise to everyone. There were all type of people there. It is a place for couples, families and even people that want to relax.

loved the ports of call. Love the pizza and the activities in kids club. Service to room twice a day for straightening Up was great.   Comedy shows were awesome. Missed the studio 54 show that I heard was amazing. So bummed. Kids loved it though travel agent told us there was a basketball court but there isn't. Food would have been great if it was served hot instead of cold or room temp. Team jimmy and ika were fabulous servers but the rest of the teams were super slow and some seemed to have attitudes. And there r upcharges for a lot of items. A lot of items were broke such as hot chocolate machine and ice cream machine and some elevators.  Pizza place lost power for alittle. Oh and laundry machines were busted and never drained So clothing was drenched. Spend 6 hours on last day of cruise washing laundry. Dirty dishes stayed on tables for long extended periods of time making it hard to have room for new dishes. Paid for internet that didn't work. Would definitely do a cruise again but will probably try a newer boat or different cruise line next time.

My family and I enjoyed the cruise. My kids love coming to the animal towels created by room service. They treat you like family. Food was great. So many activities to do on the ship. My kids love going to the kids activities which gave my husband and I time to enjoy ourselves. It was a great experience all around.

It was a good short cruise, but going to Atlantis was very costly, and not worth the money.  They had no handicapped facilities.  The lines were extremely long.

the food that was included in the fee for the excursion was poor and very limited.

We chose to stay on board at the cruise lines' private island only to find that the pool on the boat was closed.  It stayed closed for 2 days - really? - on a 5 day cruise?  Very poor!!  Customer service offered no explanation as to why the pool was closed.

The last stop was very nice thanks to Margheritaville!  We enjoyed a private cabana overlooking the pool - which was more than we had on the ship!  And it was complimentary - thanks to Margheritaville!  Great hamburgers, too!  and nachos!

First time on Carnival

For it being my first Carnival boat, I definitely enjoyed it. It wasn't colorful, easy to maneuver and just an enjoyable time all together.

The shows were amazing!!! Roman the comedian was hilarious, and the dancers and singers for 88 Keys and the Disco theme show were spectacular!!!!

Didn't like the food or customer service in the casino. The casino picked and choose who they wanted to give special perks to no matter how much the person was playing.. the ship needs to be updated it was the same decor from the 90s. Hated the fact that they charged my card every time I purchase something  on board but initially told us that there would only be a hold of 100 until the end of the cruise. So now I have like 8 purchases from them and then a large total amount charged to my card that's pending...worse anniversary trip

If you like to play a lot of games, even HIDE and SEEK your way throughout your cruise?? Well this is the one!! The live show is like watching Middle Schooler perform, The Food is TASTLESS,UUH!! No flavor, steal food, I have never had a Pineapple Dry cake until I took this cruise. The curise director talk so fast you need a translator. If didn't read the flyers, I would be lost, The ship needs UPDATING IN A HURRY!!. Once you get on board you have travel back in time.

The 1960's. The ice teat looks and taste like MUDD. When you order food from the dinner room speak slow, and look at your server to make sure they get your order correct. Never will I take this ship again. UNHAPPY, WASTED MONEY!!! The  POOL Looks like a Tolite, Too Many Childern running arround unattened, the seniors have nothing to but play BINGO!!. The soft drinks you pay for. They Nickle and Dime you from start to finish. The Floor are dirty and slippery, If take this ship walk with rubber shoe or something keep you from falling. The Cruise  director insulting the elderly, I think was Rude and not call for. Someone please DOCK THIS SHIP!!

P.S

I did let adminstrators on board that I was unhappy.

Bring a Power Strip (surge protector) - You'll probably only have a single 110v outlet in your cabin, bringing a power strip will allow you to charge multiple phones or laptops. *Note: Check with your cruise line if you have questions about what electrical devices are permitted.
